The Kitchen

A chef-driven gastropub, City PUB is a local gathering place where friends and family come together for handcrafted food in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. From our Executive Chef, Adam Dierks, the City PUB kitchen features a distinctive menu including bar snacks, appetizers, savory salads, shareable dishes, classic pub favorites and heartier entrees. The open kitchen lets you see our chefs at work delivering an excptional dining experience with a neighborhood feel.

The Bar

We feature over 18 craft drafts from Orlando and surrounding breweries, as well as local wines among our curated selection. If you want to toast your friends with something a bit more spirited, our menu of classic and Orlando-inspired signature cocktails provide the perfect treat for your pallet. Whether you enjoy your brew on a gorgeous day from the patio or join us at our beautiful 38-seat central bar, City PUB will make you feel welcome and part of the neighborhood.

Qualified Chefs / Exceptional Food

Executive Chef Adam Dierks has been making a name for himself around Central Florida for nearly 15 years, combining his farming roots and a curiosity for new cuisines throughout his career.  As a teenager, Adam was intrigued by agriculture and the science behind growing and delivering food to the table and had planned to work on his family farm in Minnesota. Adam was drawn from the farm to the kitchen and inspired to make food using classic, fresh ingredients with elevated flavors and presentation.  At City PUB, Adam combines his experience with seafood, meats, desserts and southern comfort food into a dynamic menu of upscale pub fare.
